Our Minimum Requirements for Placement

Family Helpers takes pride in placing only the best Helpers. Our Helpers are professionals who have a sincere desire to work with families.

Requirements:

Have a minimum of 2 years professional experience
Complete a detailed application form
Be personally interviewed in our office
Submit a minimum of 3 verifiable references
Submit to a criminal background check
Submit to a DMV (driver’s license) check
Submit to Social Security verification

Strongly Recommended for Helpers:

Have current CPR/First Aid certification
Actively expand their knowledge base and skills
